We help businesses to develop and ship products and services rooted in user needs. We also partner with our parent company Zensar, a leading digital and technology solutions provider. Together, we execute digital transformation programmes for major brands.
We're welcoming new talent into the Foolproof fold, and want to ensure it’s just as diverse as the world around us. That's why we want to hear from everyone regardless of background, identity or ability. Different perspectives make us who we are and our work a success.
Onto the role
The Project is split into a number of different workstreams and for each workstream, the team undertakes a requirements gathering process, covering business, user and technical requirements
Develop key user journeys for the workstream (output from Miro or Figma)
Create wireframes to match the journey, including showing iterations of a page to illustrate differences in content or functionality based on user or data requirements (output from Figma)
Present ideas in the form of user journeys and wireframes to the internal and client teams, clearly communicating thought process and rational
You will need to turn the wireframes into a prototype for research, depending on whether we are testing UX or UI.
As there is no existing design system, you will be creating the components as the team develop each journey and set of pages. You will need to have an overview of work that has been completed or is already in progress for consistency.
The project is information rich and have some complex workstreams coming up, so it is important that your able to deal with a high level of complexity and have the ability to construct journey’s and wireframes that meet the needs of the user and business both in the short and long term.
You will need to consider how best to organise information, determine how much or how little to show, what to show when, how each page/section can be personalised etc.
- At least six years of experience in a user experience environment, where you have been working across roadmaps and different workstreams, research and usability testing.
- Experience in a client-facing role is essential, working with senior stakeholders.
- Experience working on end-to-end projects, from discovery and strategy to delivery to market.
